How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once your order has been approved we apply a Store Credit in the amount of the Gift Certificate to either yourself or the recipient that you’ve chosen. You can chose to send store credit to multiple recipients if you chose, just be sure to let us how much you’d like each person to receive and we’ll send them their store credit.

How do I use a Gift Certificate to pay for my order?
If you have any current Store Credit from a Gift Certificate you can view the balance by going logging into your customer account at https://www.ampefi.com/my-account/ and navigating to the bottom of the page where you will see “Store Credit / Coupons” displayed.

To use a Store Credit amount for a purchase you can click on it and then go shopping — you’ll see your credit amount reduced from your cart total during checkout. Each “gift certificate” also has a “coupon code” associated with it that you can enter as a Coupon Code on the checkout page. If you do not have enough store credit to cover your full order you simply pay the remaining balance just like any regular order with any of our available payment methods. If your store credit amount is more than your order total, the balance will remain on your account for use whenever you’d like!
